If you have trouble digesting food, then use the following home remedies:

  1. If milk is not digested then use fennel
  2. If curd is not digested then use dry ginger
  3. If buttermilk is not digested, then cumin and black pepper is useful.
  4. If you do not digest Arabic and radish, then use ajwain
  5. If the curry is not digested then use curry leaves,
  6. If you do not digest oil, ghee, then use Kalonji.
  7. If paneer is not digested then roasted cumin,
  8. Use hot water if food is not digested.
