How to send confidential email?
- Check the screenshot of confidential mode above. While sending email to anyone just click on confidential mode on/off button and you can get the facility to make your email secured.
- When we click on button then we get the following options:
- Set expiry—1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 5 years. So we can choose as per our requirement.
confidential mode option - Require pass code- This will help to generate passcode but this is controlled by Google. If you select this option then the receiver will get a code to open this email and only after entering the pass code, the email will open.
