As per research problems of kidney stones are increasing because of taking salty foods very much. Stone problem arises because of accumulation of crystals in urine. 

Do You Know That-

  1. By minimising the oxalates food in diet we are able to protect us from kidney stone problem.
  2. By minimising use of salt from food, we are able to to minimise the risk of kidney stone.
  3. Research also shows that taking supplements of Vitamin C is not good for health; it enhances the chances of kidney stone.
  4. Refined foods or fast foods are having high quantity of sodium in them which is not good for health.
  5. High purine contain foods are also not good and increase the chances of kidney stone.
  6. Not drinking proper water is also one of the major cause of kidney stone.
 Now Let’s Understand The Above Points Deeply:
  1. Food containing oxalates are good for health but over eating of these may enhance the level of calcium and so chances of kidney of stone increases. (Spinach, Beets, Potato chips, French fries, Nuts and nut butters etc are having oxalates).
  2. Limited use of salt is necessary because salt contains SODIUM which enhances the amount of calcium in urine which enhances the chances of stone in kidney, so avoid using salty food.
  3. Natural food which provide us vitamin c are good for health but people take supplements of vitamin c which is not very good and research shows that supplements of Vitamin C enhances the chance of kidney stone.
  4. There is huge use of salts in fast food and so they increase the amount of sodium in body and so enhance the chances of stone.
  5. High purine foods are also not good for health as they give rise to Uric Acid in urine and so enhance the chances of stone. Some high purine foods are (codfish, meats,sweetbreads, Gravies and sauces made with meat, Yeast extracts taken in the form of a supplement). 
  6. Not drinking proper water may also increase the uric acid in urine and reduce detoxification and so increases the chances of stone in kidney.
So by keeping in mind the above fact, we can minimize the impact of chances of stone problem.

आइये जानते हैं हिंदी में किडनी की पथरी से बचने के कुछ उपाय :

शोध से पता चला है की नमक उक्त भोजन के स्तेमाल के बढ़ने के साथ ही पथरी की बिमारी भी बढती जा रही है. क्यूंकि ज्यादा नमक के स्तेमाल से पेशाब में क्रिस्टल्स बढ़ने लगता है और उससे पथरी होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है. 

क्या आप जानते हैं की ?

  • ऑक्सालेट पदार्थो का सेवन सीमित मात्र में करके हम पथरी से बच सकते हैं.
  • नमकीन पदार्थो के सिमित मात्रा में खा के हम पथरी होने से बच सकते हैं.
  • विटामिन सी का सप्लीमेंट का प्रयोग भी पथरी के खतरे को बढ़ा देता है.
  • फ़ास्ट फ़ूड का स्तेमाल भी पथरी के खतरे को बढ़ा देता है क्यूंकि इनमे सोडियम की मात्र अधिक होती है.
  • वो भोजन जिनमे की पुरिन होता है , वो भी स्वास्थ्य के लिए ठीक नहीं होते हैं.
  • पानी का स्तेमाल सही मात्रा पे नहीं करने से भी किडनी में पथरी का खतरा बढ़ जाता है.

आइये अब जानते हैं ऊपर लिखित बिन्दुओ को थोडा विस्तार से :

  1. ऑक्सालेट भोजन अच्छा तो होता है परन्तु ज्यादा स्तेमाल से शारीर में कैल्शियम का स्तर बढ़ने लगता है जिससे की किडनी में पथरी का खतरा बढ़ जाता है. कुछ ऐसे भोजन जिसमे ऑक्सालेट की मात्रा अधिक होती है वे हैं – पालक , चुकंदर, आलू के चिप्स, फ्रेंच फ्राइज, नट्स और बटर आदि.
  2. नमक युक्त पदार्थो का प्रयोग बहुत सीमित मात्र में करना चाहिए क्यूंकि नमक में सोडियम होता है और ज्यादा सोडियम शारीर में कैल्शियम के स्तर को बढ़ता है जिससे की किडनी में पथरी का खतरा बढ़ जाता है.
  3. विअमिन सी का प्राकृत तौर पर लेना अच्छा होता है परन्तु सप्लीमेंट के रूप में इसकी गोली आदि लेना भी पथरी के खतरे को बढ़ा सकता है.
  4. फ़ास्ट फ़ूड का ज्यादा स्तेमाल भी स्वास्थ्य के लिए घातक होता है क्यूंकि इसमें भी नमक का स्तेमाल होता है जिसमे की सोडियम होता है जिससे की की पथरी हो सकती है.
  5. ज्यादा मात्रा में पुरिन भोजन का स्तेमाल भी घातक हो सकता है क्यूंकि इससे यूरिन में यूरिक एसिड की मात्रा बढ़ने लगता है
  6. सही मात्रा में पानी का न पीना भी पेशाब में यूरिक एसिड की मात्रा को बढ़ा देता है जिससे पथरी का खतरा बढ़ जाता है.
इस प्रकार हम सब कुछ बातो का ख्याल रखके पथरी की समस्या से बच सकते हैं.
