Vitamin-D is very important for human body; It gives power to our bones by maintaining the calcium in bones. It also maintains the phosphorous in body. It is necessary for good immune system due to which our body is able to fight with diseases.
VitaminD is also necessary for smooth functioning of muscles.
It is also good for lungs, heart and brain power.

Who need more Vitamin-D ?
Dark skin people need more Vitamin D so it is good to sit in sunlight for some time daily.

  4. Mashrooms also provide this vitamin.
  5. Some fortified dairy products also provide D vitamin.
  6. Supplements also available in market which provide vitamin D.

  • Excess of vitamin D is also not good, it may also cause some problems like as-
  • Stones in different organs is possible due to excess of vitamin D.
  • Cholesterol may also increase due to this.
  • Blood pressure problem is also possible.

  • Weakness and headache is also possible.

विटामिन डी  एक महत्त्वपूर्ण घटक है शारीर का, इससे हड्डियों में कैल्शियम का स्तर को कायम रखा जाता है साथ ही फास्फोरस का स्तर भी बना रहता है. शारीर के रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को भी विटामिन डी बनाए रखता है. मान्पेशियों के कार्य क्षमता को बनाए रखने के लिए भी ये जरुरी है.
हमारे फेफड़ो, ह्रदय और दिमागी ताकत के लिए भी विटामिन डी महत्त्वपूर्ण है.

आइये जानते हैं की किनके लिए विटामिन डी बहुत जरुरी होता है?

  • वैसे तो सभी के लिए ये जरुरी है परन्तु जिनकी चमड़ी गौरी नहीं हैं उनको के लिए इसकी जरुरत ज्यादा होती है अतः रोज सूर्य की रोशनी में बैठना चाहिए और पौष्टिक भोजन करना चाहिए.

इस विटामिन की कमी से अनेको गंभीर रोग हो सकते हैं जिससे की सरल जीवन जीने में समस्या हो सकती है जैसे –
  1. बच्चो के पैर मुड़े होने का एक कारण विटामिन डी की कमी हो सकता है.
  2. हड्डियों में ऐंठन और जकडन का एक कारण विटामिन डी की कमी है.
  3. बच्चो की लम्बाई भी देर से बढ़ सकती है इसकी कमी से.
  4. बच्चे चलने में भी समय लगा सकते हैं.
  5. कुछ को सांस लेने में भी तकलीफ होती है और कोई न कोई रोग होता रहता है.
  6. कुछ बड़े लोगो को हड्डियों में दर्द बना रहता है , इसका कारण विटामिन डी की कमी हो सकता है.
  7. व्यक्ति थका थका महसूस करता है और पसीना भी जल्दी आता है.
  8. सर में दर्द भी बना रह सकता है.
  9. याददाश्त कम हो सकती है, आत्म शक्ति की कमी भी हो सकती है विटामिन डी की कमी के कारण

  • अगर व्यक्ति सूर्य की रोशनी से दूर ही रहता है हमेशा तो विटामिन डी की कमी हो सकती है.
  • अगर कोई स्नस्क्रीम का स्तेमाल अत्यधिक करता है तो भी इसकी कमी हो सकती है .
  • जो लोग सही भोजन नहीं लेते है उनको भी विटामिन्स की कमी हो सकती है.

आइये जानते हैं विटामिन डी प्राकृतिक रूप से कैसे ले सकते हैं :

  • सूर्य की रोशनी इसका सबसे अच्छा प्रदान करता है. जब भी शारीर सूर्य की रोशनी के संपर्क में आता है तो विटामिन डी का बनना शुरू हो जाता है.
  • अंडे की जर्दी भी विटामिन डी प्रदान करता है.
  • मछली के जिगर का तेल भी विटामिन डी देता है.
  • मशरूम से भी ये विटामिन मिलता है.
  • कुछ डेरी प्रोडक्ट्स से भी हमे ये विटामिन मिलता है.

आइये अब जानते हैं की अगर विटामिन डी बढ़ जाए तो क्या हो सकता है :

  1. अधिक विटामिन भी हानिकरक हो सकता है अतः एक बैलेंस जीवन जीना जरुरी है.
  2. विटामिन डी की अधिकता से पथरी हो सकती है.
  3. कोलेस्ट्रॉल की मात्रा बढ़ सकती है
  4. ब्लड प्रेशर की समस्या हो सकती है.
  5. कमजोरी और चक्कर आ सकते हैं

अतः स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए स्वस्थ खाएं, सूर्य की रोशनी में भी समय बितायें.
