  • शुरू में कम समय से ही शुरू करना चाहिए, एकदम ज्यादा लम्बा नहीं दौड़ना चाहिए. 
  • दौड़ने के समय कोई चिंता , विचार दिमाग में नहीं रखना छाहिये. तनाव रहित होके दौड़ने से फायदा ज्यादा होता है. 
  • हरे घार के ऊपर नंगे पैर दौड़ने से पुरे शारीर को बहुत फायदा होता है. 
  • दौड़ शुरू करने से पहले स्ट्रेचिंग जरुर करना चाहिए.
  • अगर आप बहुत ज्यादा दौड़ते हैं तो खान पान भी अच्छा रखना चाहिए.
