India is a country of different culture; tradition and so also different variety of foods are available here. Indians are very fond of eating spicy food, tasty food having oil and spices of different kinds. People from world wide come in India to taste tasty foods.
But we don’t know that some foods are responsible to increase acidity in body due to which various problems arises. 
In this article we will see that what types of food increase acidity in body and what are the impacts of acidic foods.

Foods that enhance acidity in body:
Food that enters in body gives us acid and salt both and for healthy life it is necessary to have both acid and salt in a balance amount. If any thing increases in body then no doubt there are severe impacts seen.

  • Oily foods are dangerous because they give rise to acid in body. 
  • Some pulses are also responsible to increase acid in body.

  • Namkeens are also very popular in India like sev, mixture, Gathiya etc. These are also main source of acidity in body.
  • Tea, Coffee, tobacco, Alcohal are also main source of increasing acidity in body. 
  • Processed food, fast food are also not good for body.
  • Too much nonveg also enhance acidity in body. 
  • Too much sugar and sweets are also dangerous for life. 
  • Hot milk is also not good for health and give rise to acidity.

  1. Acidity increases extra mucus in body due to which it is difficult to breathe. Some feel pain in chest, fatigue, sinus etc. 
  2. Acidity also affects our bones because to control the acidity calcium used so chances of osteoporosis increases. 
  3. Acidity for long time may give rise to Alzheimer, dementia , Parkinson, delusions etc. 
  4. It also becomes a reason of heart problems. 
  5. Liver and kidney are mostly affected due to acidity which lead to digestion and other problems. 
  6. Due to acidity person faces digestion problems, smell in mouth, giddiness, sour-belches, burning sensation etc. 
  7. Lack of necessary elements in body give rise to many health issues. 
  8. Chronic acidity patients also suffer from skin problems like itching, dermatitis, eczema, rash, etc.

  • मांसाहार से भी एसिडिटी बढती है.

  • गर्म दूध पीना भी अम्ल को बढाता है.
