In these days we go to swimming pool or in water resorts for swimming or for water games. There to maintain the purity they use chlorine in high amount so it is necessary to take some precautions -
1. Use ear plug while swimming and if any one face any problem in ear then consult doctor and take medicine immediately. 
2. Some people skins are very sensitive and so they face itching problem, So it is good to use body lotion before entering in swimming pool. 
3. Chlorine water also is not good for hair, it make them weak and rough so use coconut oil or any other oil and also use cap before entering into swimming pool. 
4. Chlorine water is also not good for eyes and so person may face problem of conjunctivitis or eyes infections. So use swimming goggle. 
5. While swimming it is also possible that chlorine water enter in stomach through mouth, if it cause problem to anyone then do consult doctor and take proper medication as soon as possible.
