1. There is no nutrients in bread even in ATTA BREAD too so there is not advantage of it. 

2. It act as a filler only so we don't feel satisfaction after having it. So it is not a good food.

3. It is also not good for weight, it enhances weight because it contains salt, sugar and preservatives. 

4. Bread contains Gluten which cause indigestion and it is also responsible for celiac disease. 

5. Bread doesn't have fiber so is not good for digestive system.

6. It is made with fine flour/ Maida and so our digestive system has to work a lot to digest it. So it affect the liver also.

7. Bread also contains high level sodium which give arise to blood pressure and heart problems. 

8. Constipation will definitely arise if any one eat bread in excess. 

So it is good to not use bread regularly, instead of using white bread , use brown atta bread which has less side effects. 

If any one is patient of constipation, sugar, heart, blood pressure then it is good to avoid this or take it occasional.
