Actually it is said that it is good to take water as much as possible, juices daily, milk daily etc but there are many things which must be kept in mind while taking them because only taking the liquid is not enough, it is also good to check there state and need. 

Let's see some important things:

1. Taking milk is a good for health but the main thing to keep in mind is we must keep in mind that is our digestive system is good enough to digest the high fat milk, if not then use low fat milk otherwise constipation may arise and you will not get the desired positive results. 

2. Tea and Coffee is also a part of our daily life but it must be kept in mind that it contains caffeine and highly intake may cause problem in health. People may addicted of using tea and coffee so be careful and if possible use herbal tea only. 

3. Drinking water is very good for health but it is also necessary to check the quality of water, Pure water is good for health but impure water may give arise to stomach infections, constipation etc. So do take care while drinking water. 

4. Soft Drinks are also being highly used by people these days but it is necessary to keep in mind that soft drinks are harmful for health and may create problems in bones, digestion, power and stamina. So do use as less as possible or occasionally. Don't use it daily and it is good to avoid them completely.

5. Fruit Juices are also good for health but the packed juiced are not very good and may create problems in life. Use fresh juices and in good place. 

So while taking liquid diet we must keep in mind about the pureness of product. Unhygienic diet may give arise to many problems.Drink only pure water, use fresh juices, avoid soft drinks, use low fat milk if you have weak digestive system.
